Cindy Rutstein

My first memories of Cindy was sharing her name and going to her six years old birthday party celebration.  I thought it was so cool that we had the same name.

Cindy was a sweet girl and I liked her blond hair.  My father knew her father from the army and that made me feel our connection was even more special.  Her party was held in the upstairs party room at the Fairlanes Bowling place at Greenspring Shopping Center on Smith Avenue.  I didn't know Cindy all that well but I sense that she was a good person and I am sorry that she has passed.  Golly.  We are sorry for our loss.
